Aquarium

I took the kids to a local smallish aquarium on the Thursday we were in Sandy, UT.  We drove by it everyday we dropped Jim off and picked him up from work.  And everytime I would either say or think, "I wonder what that aquarium is like inside?"  I finally put my inquiries to rest on Thursday.  The aquarium was the perfect size for me to handle alone with my munchkins.  Not too big, not too small.  If I had to say it was anything, I think I would say it was juuuuuust right, and the price was reasonable too!  Once inside, I let the littles lead the way.  I followed behind snapping pictures and watching the delight on their faces as they discovered new creatures; such as the ones below (imagine me doing my best Price is Right model hand gestures to show you the animals below) :

My favorite pic from inside the aquarium

There was a little thing you could put your fingers on to get the same sensation you would get from touching the electric eel.  I got Tralee to try it,  but Hunter was already on to the next animal.

This nice lady showed my kids a sweet little parrot.

When I asked Tralee what her favorite part about the aquarium was she said, "Um. . . oh!  The big-big froggy we could climb on."  Really?  Alright.

Isn't she fabulous?

So, that was our adventure at the aquarium.  Loads of fun.
